Smart Pharmacy supports fair refund, return and cancellation handling based on product type, order status and condition of delivered products.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be available and return rules may apply.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, expired or wrong product, contact support with order details and clear images within the eligible return window.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as per payment gateway timelines. COD refunds may require bank details verification.
Non-returnable Products
Products that are opened, used, tampered, temperature-sensitive, hygiene-sensitive or restricted may not be eligible for return unless damaged or wrong at delivery.
